Turkey Slaughter and Processing
Sunday October 26, 1-3pm
This is an opportunity to select, slaughter, and process your own turkey. Participants will work with John to select, humanely slaughter, scald, feather, and eviscerate a turkey raised on Broadturn Farm. Each participant will go home with a turkey ready for the Thanksgiving table (or any other feast!). Spaces are very limited.
